以前在远远的地方,有一个郑王公,王蒂和他的家庭。一家有六口人,他自己,他妻子,和他们的三口儿子和一口女儿。 王蒂是王八羔子,叫郑重奔,王后是笨奴婢,叫杨鱼脸,他们儿子是郑用奔,郑用狠,郑用狗,女儿郑用女嫖。

哪王公贵族存不愉快因为王蒂是王八羔子。他喜欢咒诅他自己的儿子们,他叫他们他的狗狗。为了他自己的想法,他对别人看不起,不仅对别人,而且对他的家庭他目中无人。他受不了若别人愉快。虽然以前他家庭很穷, 但是他有十分大的口气,他并不可以看别人比他好豪,优秀,当好人,跟着规则,最重要他没有听力的技能。

这事,越来越不让他的太子或者呆子不开心。为什么呢? 太子不喜欢他的爸爸有很大的区别跟他的弟弟,妹妹,特别对她的第二弟。其实呆子很帅但第二王子比他很优秀和吃香。他父母的祝福是要他当永分,不过他的环境友谊圈不好人。他妈妈没有给他好的教育。他对呆子很有趣,因为用奔是她的弟一儿子,而且他很帅,所以王后真么疼呆子。有什么问题,都看青楚,王后是没有人,他没有给她的儿子好的教训,和好的道理,呆子的好朋友是坏蛋叫 过敏恶心,他爸爸是坏蛋,他妈妈没有好教育,所以他内圈人给他很坏蛋的影像。

第二的王子是最帅,他又很能力又跟着规矩。对别人很热情,但是他喜欢红尘世界。第二王子的性格向他的兄弟,妹妹有很大区别,有一点苦楚,他想要不可以骂人,但他自己要骂人,所以他很难受。没有人珍惜他。他父母没有爱上他那么多跟他的兄弟,好可怜。不但他对别人很有意思,有礼貌,有道理,除非别人对他没焦急。虽然人看他比呆子有一点缺点,可是太子很嫉妒。原因是第二王子很吃香,比太子有很多好朋友,有好的教育,最重要他对自己有信心不但他家人没有那么爱惜他。

呆子要拿他家宝贵使用他自己的利益,所以他对他的第三王子,越来越愤怒,因为王帝真么疼他的第三王子。第三王子有特别的技术技能。呆子很笨容易被利用他的好朋友过敏恶心矮人从他妈妈的亲戚谁没有人所以那恶心人要利用他姑姑家庭的呆子给他利润,他被卖呆子给警察,对他的法律的问题。拿过恶心人是一个骗人, 但还没有被牢。

What I learned from Tony Fernandez of AIR ASIA . A note to myself.

1. Get your hand dirty
Do not be afraid to get a lot of works, the most important is the learning curve you get from doing a lot of works. Maybe at first, you do not know about what you are doing, but just keep working or step in , so you will follow your own, assumption, your own thinking, and you can make a lot of good decisions, and a lot of learning. Being a leader, needs to step in, or to take in charge, to go down at the bottom line of the company. This way, you will know, what is happening, at the bottom of your company, because most of the problems happen at the bottom line .

2. Humility
In a condition where you have no job, no money, no knowledge, you must know who to be contacted. As a leader, you must admit, your own weakness or your own vulnerability. In this way, you will learn from someone who is better than you, and you will acquire new knowledge, which will advance you to a good opportunity. As it is said HUMILITY , which is derived from the word, humus. You must be humble, and not proud of yourself. Humble yourself before everyone else, In this way people can enlighten you or vice versa.

3. Do what you really want to do. Do not follow others’ instruction or ideal. It is your life, it is your way. You have to follow your own heart, goals, if you follow others instruction, they will not be responsible for your future, because you are the one who makes the decisions. You must be very cautious toward your decision.

4. Be persistent. Not only working hard, but you must be very persistent, to achieve your goals. Not only persistent, but also consistent.

5. Know where the wind blows. Keep your eyes watching, keep your ears listening. Be there, where, everything is happening. Support continuous learning. Know where to go. Be the agent of change, always change toward the good ones, which does not change is the change itself . One who does not change will eventually die or left behind .

6. Promote learning. By letting people learn new things, you support learning, if your subordinates are changing because of their learning, you are the one who will get the advantage. Your team is your reflection, therefore, promote learning, so that your team will learn. In a company where, continuous improvement happens, the learning process of learning curve is kept going on.

7. The main goal is giving, especially to the ones who support your visions. What makes people happy? When you ask this question toward others, what will they tell you? They want to be happy, what is happiness for them, is eventually giving. As the philosophers say, you need others to achieve your goal, therefore, by giving other people chance to be happy, they will in return give you advantages, to achieve your goals.

8. If you can stand out, why must fit in? Do not follow the others’ behavior or manners. Be yourself. Stay true to yourself. By staying true to yourself, you can stand out . Put in your mind that every human is different. You are unique the way you are. There is nothing wrong to be different or unique from others, because it is important to be authentic.

9. Do not let goliath bully you. Fight for your way back. You are small, you are not as big as other, you still can win, use your own creativity. Not a matter of who is big, but who is smart and authentic.

BLINK

BLINK

Blink means shut your eyes only for few seconds and open it again. We blink every second. The title of the book is blink which means that you close your eyes only for a few seconds.
This book is about how you have the skill to judge something only within a short time as short as five seconds. When an antique curator sees an antique, he can give his judgment only in five seconds looking at the antique or we can say only within a blink he will be able to give the judgement whether it is a fake or an antique. To be able to do this of course you need to have a certain skill based on your field of interest and knowledge on your expertise. The skill, knowledge and judgement do not come easy, you have to practice them repeatedly to make sure you really know what you are doing or becoming an outstanding expert in your own think. The other example is a gourmet, a food expert how they grade the food that they test in a matter of texture, taste, quality or even when the food is already reprocessed, how only within second they know of which brand for example the biscuit is used to make the cake.

How can you judge people’s character only within a blink? Can you make any judgement in your expertise field within a very short of time?

I am writing this based on my own experience from socially connecting, relating, making friends with people.
First thing first, I read a lot of book about people characters. There are some characters which are described differently from different books. A book may classify into four types, some may classify only into two types. A general widely known classification, is phlegmatic, choleric, melancholic, sanguine, which a person can have mix character, for me, I am a more melancholic and a little choleric while on the contrary my twin-sister has more choleric and a melancholic, that’s why she is edgier and faster than me.

Secondly, you can make a reference based on your people surround you based on their birthday or in Chinese culture you can also make inferences from their Chinese zodiacs, for example, person borns in may is loud and a little bit “shady” if not shallow. People born March usually have good way of thinking, so many philosophers born in March, people born in December is usually very easygoing, not self-motivated, and a little bit ignorant, whereas they are very talented people.

Thirdly, you can judge people characters from their physical appearance. Believe or not in Indonesia there is a believe if short people has a deceiving characteristic and not trustworthy. Tall people has a more generous characteristic toward money, time and trustworthy. That’s why Chinese mother always look at their future son-in-law or daughter-in-law. Some say if the face is bright, he or she will have bright future. Yup, this might sound weird for people do not believe in it, but it can be considered while judging people surround you.

Fourth, from people voices you can judge their personalities, outgoing people tend to speak in normal and happy tone, they can make your day cheerful, you should definitely keep this kind of people around you. Stern people tend to speak loud and the content will not be nice to hear, their voice is edgy and like to rant to others, you will not like getting near to this negative people, cause they will only ruin your day. Introvert people do not speak much, they speak with normal tone, and they understand people without so much articulate it as they observant to their surroundings. Distressed or timid people usually have distressed voice with a little bit high pitch like a bird chirping especially if they are in high anxiety, it will show in their voice.

Fifth, last but not least from their gesture. People who walk faster is more reliable than who walk slowly, as it shows people who walk faster pay more attention to time management. People who walk slowly exclusive older people and people with disabilities, usually do not pay much attention to efficient working, they just consider they can and will have all the time they want in the world and do not have good time management.

As previously explained, it is only my own point of view based on my long experience connecting with people in my life so far.

Why I title this writing as my above title, ‘be the last one to speak up’ is because many times, I, myself, emphasis that, being the last one to speak up, is very, very difficult. Due to my selfishness, many times , as often as I have the chances, I always compete to be the first one to speak out my minds or thoughts. Fortunately, my superior cares enough to remind me, to be the last one to speak up. Actually, there are many advantages where I can learn from being the last one to speak up. Based on that thought, I write this piece of work, so just get started.

As many people say begin with the end thinking, so if someone look for you, It means, he or she needs your time or attention, or your view or piece of advice, listen to them. However, in practicing your listening comprehension, you have to select which topic or messages, or information cannot be or can be listened to. You might have heard, the policy of THINK, Where the message is TRUE , HELPFUL, INSPIRING, NECESSARY , KIND before you listen, or before you PASS an information or message to others .

As this piece of work is in my leadership 101, It is from leadership point of view, therefore, the second question to be asked is, what is the effect to their job? As a leader, you need to nurture your subordinates, how can you not tell your subordinates, if you never listen to their opinion, information, talks. A leader’s job is not being busy by him or herself, but by listening to their subordinates and direct them to the right path of their works, so they can achieve the goal of their works and the works can be finished or done well in the time frame given. If it really has a big impact to their job or their work, you need to listen carefully and give them the right guidance, if they asked . Actually, sometimes you don’t have to give answers or give anything, you just give question and let them answer by themselves. In this way, you do not need to give solution to their problems or inquiry, let alone a big bounty is their feeling of achievement .

In replying or facing others opinions , information or questions, be positive, promote positivity by welcoming people. Sometimes we’re to busy with our own work or too preoccupied with our mind, when someone interrupt our world, we will feel very angry or upset, and in return, we will reflect it on our face as being disturbed or literally show our anguish. Show your happiness toward the people who seek for you. If they seek for you, it means that, they appreciate your help and your opinion. The most important thing is teaching people, that they are very important to you as you are important to them.

Looking to the above explanation, please be attentive, please be present to your audience. Want it or not, your audience will appreciate your behaviors and manners. However, please set your boundaries. Never listen to whining, complaining, or talking somebody at the back. You have to do reduction, whether you want to listen, or not. As explained above, you have to categorize the information based on THINK and the effects to your subordinate ‘s jobs, you have to spot their motives in conveying the messages to you.

Support , confirm, validate good things or thoughts in everyone or your audience. You have to balance everything in giving your opinion or your thoughts to your subordinates, because they learn from your thoughts, principles, and opinions. You only get what you tolerate. You teach people by becoming an epitome. Moreover, by giving or teaching good things or a good opinion, or how you draw to your own conclusion, you will empower your subordinates to be able to make, good decision by themselves. Once again, you reap , what you sow, what you cultivate to your subordinates, you will get them in their performance .

Apply six thinking hats in your interaction with your subordinates , also pay attention to your language and your audience’s language, or diction. By applying all of these, you will measure the situation or condition, so that you can direct, guide them to the right path , let them conclude themselves .

All in all, by being the last one to speak, You will be able to measure your subordinates, capability , and performance. Moreover , you will be able to appraise their way of thinking, behavior, manners, and their work ethics. The most important , you will be able to support your subordinates’ needs of improvement learning curves, and successor plan , you will never go anywhere unless you did your subordinates well, so that you can be promoted. This is called continuous improvement, because, in our life, we need to be moving all the time, what never changes is the change itself.

Pada saat itu ayah dan ibu sedang bertengkar karena himpitan perekonomian mereka. Pada saat pertengkaran semakin memanas, tiba tiba terdengar bel pintu berbunyi. Anak lelaki keluarga itu membuka pintu dan mendapatkan kejuta, di depannya berdiri seorang lelaki berpakain kumal membawa banyak makanan, seperti ayam kalkun, pai, ubi jalar, makanan kaleng semua makanan untuk makan besar.

Sering dalam hidup banyak kejadian yang tidak dapat kita kendalikan dan kita merasa tidak berdaya karena kita merasa takut untuk gagal. Hal yang harus dilakukan untuk menghadapi hal ini dengan mengatakan bahwa : MASA LALU ANDA TIDAK SAMA DENGAN MASA DEPAN ANDA.
Kunci sukses adalah KETEKUNAN, seperti Kolonel Sanders yang memperoleh kesuksesan pada usia 65 tahun.
Kunci sukes #1 KEKUATAN PRIBADI, kekuatan personal berarti gigih melaksanakan tindakan: setiap kali anda melakukan sesuatu, anda belajar dari itu, danmenemukan cara untuk melakukannya lebih baik lagi lain waktu. Seperti Kolonel Sanders, dia ditolak 1.009 kali sebelum dia mendengar kata iya pertamanya. Seperti Walt Disney ditolak 302 kali sebelum mendapat dana untuk membuat “Tempat Paling Menyenangkan di Dunia”.

Pelajaran Kedua : Tidak Ada Kegagalan
Kita harus membuat keputusan bahwa kita tidak akan pernah menuruti perasan kalah atau depresi. Tidak ada orang, tidak ada kekecewaan yang layak dijadikan alasan untuk melakukan bunuh diri. Hidup selalu pantas dijalani. Selalu ada untuk disyukuri. PENUNDAAN TUHAN BUKAN BERARTI PENOLAKAN.
SUKSES ADALAH HASIL DARI PENILAIAN TUHAN
PENILAIAN BAIK ADALAH HASIL DARI PENGALAMAN. PENGALAMAN SERING MERUPAKAN HASIL DARI PENILAIAN BURUK.

Pelajaran Ketiga : Anda Yang Tak Terbendung Pembuat Keputusan
Kekuatan putusan adalah kekuatan perubahan. Sekali lagi benar bahwa kita tidak bisa mengendalikan peristiwa dalam hidup kita, tetapi kita bisa mengendalikanapa yang kita putuskan untuk berpikir, percaya merasa, dan melakukan peristiwa-peristiwa. Takdir anda terbentuk ketika anda membuat keputusan.
Mr. Honda yang ingin memproduksi piston ring, pada masanya mendapat cemohan dari dosen dan kesulitan meminta dana dari penyandang dana, dan pada saat itu jepang sedang perang sehingga mengalami kesulitan mencari bahan baku. Mr. Honda tidak berputus asa terus menjalankan rencana-rencananya sehingga dia bisa menjalankan usahanya. Dia berhasil membuat sepeda motor pertama dari mesin yang digunakan pada pemotong rumputnya. Banyak orang akhirnya yang minta dibuatkan sepeda motor oleh Mr. Honda
Suatu cara untuk mengubah hidup anda adalah membuat keputusan nyata.

Pelajaran Keempat : Bangun Keyakinan Anda Dan Melesat
Kekuatan itu adalah keyakinan anda. “Kepercayaan adalah yakin pada apa yang belum anda lihat; hadiah untuk kepercayaan ini adalah melihat apa yang anda yakini.”

Pelajaran Kelima : Apa Yang Anda Lihat Adalah Apa Yang Anda Dapat
Untuk mengubah yang kita rasakan dalah mengubah fokus kita. Kemudikan fokus anda pada arah yang benar. Kenyataannya adalah apapun yang anda fokuskan anda bergerak mendekat. Apa pun yang Anda pikirkan kebayakan Anda akan mengalaminya.

Pelajaran Keenam : Pertanyaan Adalah Jawabannya
Mengajukan pertanyaan yang tepat bisa benar-benar menyelamatkan hidup anda? Dengan bertanya anda akan mencari jawaban atas pertanyaan anda. Jadi bertanya adalah bagus karena bisa memberikan jawaban yang berguna. “Mintalah, maka akan diberikan kepadamu. Carilah, maka kamu akan mendapatkan. Ketuklah, maka pintu akan dibukakan bagimu” Matius 7:7
Ada macam pertanyaan yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah:
1. Pertanyaan Pemecah Masalah
2. Pertanyaan Kekuatan Pagi Hari
3. Pertanyaan Kekuatan Malam Hari
4. Hadiah dari Pertanyaan Luar Biasa
Fokus dari bertanya adalah menentukan makna sehingga apapun yang kita cari akan menemukannya.

Cara kita merasakan secara emosional berbeda dengan cara kita merasakan secara fisik. Kita harus tahu bahwa emosi diciptakan oleh gerak. Dengan panutan dari kepercayaan diri, sukses, dan bahagia, jangan hanya memperhatikan fisiologi mereka tetapi juga mulai mendengarkan struktur bahas mereka dan akan belajar untuk membangun.

Pelajaran Kesepuluh : Bersedia….Siap….Goal Bagaimana Menyusun Cita-Cita Yang Bisa Membangun Masa Depan Anda
Semakin keras kita mempersiapkan, kita akan semakin beruntung. Alasan kita menentukan tujuan adalah untuk memberi fokus hidup kita dan untuk menggerakkan kita ke arah yang kita inginkan.
Orang-orang sukses adalah yang memahami kekuatan “potongan” , mereka membagi tujuan mereka menjadi sub-tujuan yang bisa dicapai.
Kapanpun sayamenentukan tujuan, saya segera mengambil tindakanyang mendukung itu.

这文章我写的是我惦记我两个例子领导, 让我获得今天的想法,我会应用这方案我当领导的时候。。。 (*^ワ^*)아주 행복하다.

I used to have a daddy long legs , I called him daddy because he acted like my father, like my superior, like my partner in crime and also like my tutor. Actually he was one of my bosses and he is the best boss I have ever had, he taught me a lot of important things to be an entrepreneur or leader .
Until today , I cannot forget ALL THE VALUES he thought me , and they immerse deeply in my mind and I will never forget whatever he has taught me until now that sometimes I got carried away and it becomes a down size for me for remembering all his teaching. Compared to my other bosses , only one person who can match with his excellent standards , and my second boss is a woman, with woman characteristics. In my opinion they cannot really be compared to each other, but definitely they complement each other. Their leadership methods, which I want to follow, if I have ever got the chance to be a leader will be elaborated in this writing of mine. I want to apply their leadership methods in my leadership.

This writing or my soliloquy based on my previous experience contains 45 points, which I divided into 4 big classifications :
1. Time management
• No tardiness , always be the earliest person to come to the office. By coming early in the office you can prepare everything before your boss coming. This will definitely help with your work performance in the office.
• Loyal to your work and time , if you are given a lot of work don’t think that you are used up. Nowadays workers like to have big salary, but they do not want to embrace works. There is a mentality problem in our new generation society, they want big money, but do not want a lot of works or the responsibility , not only they like to come late, but also to go home early . They just come to work because they have to earn a living, not because they love working and enjoy the learning in working or solving and facing new problems in their works. The important thing is by the end of the month I will get a paycheck and whether I do my work or not it’s no matter to me , as long as I play a good employee, just to do the job or works given to me, that’s enough.

2. Work ethics or how to do your works
• No lie / trustworthy , once you lie, you will not be a reliable person. For my point of view if one of your workers lie means that he or she does not trust you, or because you are too over -reacting when they are telling the truth. Once they lie to you, they will always lie you. Many times, leaders do not trust their workers and they do not trust their skills or competency and this will affect their work attitude . Good leader will always listen to their subordinates because problems can easily be learned by someone who is doing the work and boss only know the problems 5% out of 100% problems occur on the bottom line of the company .
• Detail oriented, to support your argument or to support your report you need supporting details that will power up your premises. It also has something to do with chronological order or history or database. You have a sound arguments or premises you will not be easily distracted. If I may , I want to quote from my second tutor , what is fundamentally wrong cannot be right .
• High dignity , once you break this, you will be a wronged employee . Once you can be bought by other people, you will be seduced by other people because of your wrongdoing. You will be easily taken advantage by people, because they know your secrets.
• To err is inhuman , to forgive is not divine . Do not ever think if you have mistake you will be easily forgiven. To err is inhuman, therefore plan your work, and work your plans and don’t forget to ask for your superior approval. Be prepared for everything, work with all your heart and conscious .
• Be discreet/ no grape vine or gossips. Be discreet about your company action and work. Do not meddling in company conflict or grape vines or gossips.
• No mix feeling due to family relation , it is really really bad to have your family members work in the same company with you. I have seen this in my previous company of which members of my boss family work in the office. They do not work properly because they’re the members of the boss family and they have a bad attitudes toward works. What is worst is that the member of the family also carried out a treason to the company and cheated the company money .
• Independent judgement , it is very important for a leader to have a good judgment about people surrounding him or her. Notion about people surrounding him or her can be easily influenced and directed to a bad path that will also misled the company competitive advantages .
• Good paradigm , it is important to have a good notion or paradigm in working because if you cannot work in a good order how come the output be able to help creating the company values. Is it is a technical thing a leader should listen more to their subordinates , since they are paid because of their skills to help the company creating value and achieve the company goal.
• Fast pace work attitude , working is like facing problems, therefore dreams of problem as soon as possible, embrace a fast pace work , do not postpone your work.
• Be a morning person, be happy to embrace your work load for a day. Once you step your feet at the office , start doing your works do not procrastinate .
• Be simple and humble , explain clearly and concisely to your boss . Do not over -react everything, be happy if you are given many responsibility , it means they notice your competency and want to use them up. It is good for your career advancement .
• Treat people with respect , especially your subordinates, who knows they will help you materializing your objectives and achieve the company vision.
• Teach with example, analogy , and parable , one of the example or parable taught by my boss is : “Seeing once is better than asking many times” or “ 千问不如一见”. This parable is used by my boss to teach the importance from learning by doing .
• Do your homework , good leaders always do their homework, at least they know what to be done at the office . This way, they can mitigate problems as soon as possible.
• Exude positive energy and power, to be a leader one must accept their positions and their responsibilities and execute their positive energy and power to lead people to do their works.
• Do not transfer shit to your subordinates, as human beings, leaders also have their days, sometimes they have bad days, sometimes they have happy good days. No matter what day you have as a leader you have to project happiness to your subordinates, because your problems or your position problems are not your subordinates ‘ problems.

3. Leadership
• Stewardship delegation , it is important for leaders to be able to delegate their works to their subordinates. A good delegation is always a stewardship delegation, where they are given clear instruction or clear objectives to achieve . In the contrary many leaders apply go for delegation , they have their subordinates to do things as they are asked without given the opportunity to be creative or used their own method to finish the tasks . It is bad for the future career of the subordinates, because you are not valued for their thinking that creativity.
• Integrity , do the same good things while no one watching . White is white , black is black , there is only two choices YES or NO, NO GREY AREA.
• Efficiency and effectiveness, in conducting your works, pay attention to efficiency which refers to money wise, and effectiveness which relates to the right method in accomplishing the goal .
• Listening comprehension , leader must posses listening comprehension why? Because it plays an important role to decide what to be done , what is next ?
• Checking people work , as a leader you must exercise delegation. That ‘s why you need to have a good monitoring or checking your subordinates‘ work to assure everything on the right path or course.
• Not transferring stress to subordinate , your stress because of your responsibility as leader should not be transferred to your subordinate. Solve the problem yourself or if you can ask help your subordinate, you can opt for it. However the underlying essence is take your responsibility do not blame your subordinate if you cannot handle your responsibility .
• Good notion of business management, to be a leader must have good sense of business management. Leadership needs not only do things right but also do the right things .
• Accountability , to be a leader must able to show ones accountability before others follow your vision.
• Assertiveness , in a good way, never be a favorite leader by being permissive, but be assertive in executing your vision and company value .
• Support creativity, leader lead people to do their works and let them do using their creativity.
• Strong monitoring and controlling , apply monitoring and controlling to assure everything is being on the right track .
• Well education, one of a leader responsibility is to educate their subordinate so that they will be able to do their works perfectly and meet your standard .

4. Skills
• High level of English proficiency , how you become a reflection of your esteemed company, if you don not speak, write and understand English well . How you will be a representative in an international environment and to create leads to get a deal.
• High level of computer literacy , using technology cannot be avoided, therefore it is important to be tech savvy .
• Technical expertise , to be technically savvy will help your way if solving technical problems.
• Choosing the best people , good seeds are never wrong, it is easier to manage people with good character, ability, skills, and knowledge .
• Trustworthy , one requirement to speed up growth is to employ trust. Therefore better to hire trustworthy people , cheap people is not trustworthy .
• Logic / chronological orders , people will easily follow your idea or suggestion if you can convey your idea in a logic and chronological order.
• Accounting literacy , to execute plans leader need accounting literacy so that they make a good decision by using good calculation.
• Short and long term memory is valuable, to forecast about what will be good for the future, you must have a good short and long term memory to avoid doing the same mistakes .
• Nurturing or becoming an epitome , leading starts from yourself , by becoming a good self will transfer and reflect to your subordinate, because your team is your reflection. To nurture your subordinate, will give them a good example and remind them your values so that they will take up your values .
• Enjoy learning and reading books, by reading books and learning from others mistakes with making the mistakes itself , will definitely level up your paradigms .
• Support learning curves, by supporting the learning , you will also learn from your subordinates. You might hold the position as their leader but in the eyes of universe you are the same position as other beings .
• Clean shaved and well groom , it is a little bit cheesy, but it is the way the world operates around you . Before people buy the content of your head, people will perceive your appearance, so dress up and show your well shaved and groom, before you market your view, solution or your company product .

TWO VIEWS OF LEADERSHIP

Our everyday life cannot be separated from leadership thingy. Whether we are as family members, students, workers, professionals, businessmen, business women, coolies, scavengers, or any roles you are in your present lives.
According my own life experiences so far, as a daughter, students, worker, teacher, writer, or anything that I have done, I found in my roles, there is always two views of leadership you can choose either as a leader or follower.
Both sides require VISION, RULES, RESPONSIBILITY, and ACTION or IMPLEMENTATION.
VISION
As a leader, to be able to guide and direct people, a VISION is definitely first priority before anything else can follow. Imagine if the head of your family or your husband does not have a vision of the marriage is going to be, how the family to be run, e.g. the way you educate your kids, the values to be nurtured, the end result of your kids’ attitude, or skills to be acquired. It may seem no big deal, but if there is no goal, what will the children be?
As a family member, you learn the VISION of your parents as you are growing up with the values they are embedded in your way of thinking, attitude, achievement, training to be society member, work ethics, religion, or spiritual actions. An illustration of this, my parents always taught me about honesty, etiquettes, so the way I brought up gives a big effect if I want to lie about something, my heart will remind me it is not the right thing to do, and to other people, I show respect, and toward my parents, I will not do what my parents give no permission to.
RULES
As a leader, you have to set the rules and follow them, otherwise, people will not follow your leadership. A small example, if you want your subordinates to be on time, but you yourself are not punctual, your rules will be only rules.
As follower, you are not only able to follow the rules set for you, but also you are able to set your own rule. An example of this is in a meeting, if you want to be acknowledged, you allow yourself to sit on the front and participate in giving opinion and become your own voice. Another example, it implies the integrity, like coolies, they can work continuously until the break, or they steal time to smoke or chit chat and do not work seriously.
IMPLEMENTATION
As a leader sometimes, they have vision but they do poorly on the implementation. To have a good implementation of what is planned, it takes rules and pragmatism. There is a saying well-planned things are halfway to success. A teacher to succeed in delivering the lesson, needs a lesson plan otherwise, the objective of the lesson will not be accomplished.
As follower, it is not an easy job, one must align his or her vision to the institution or the company where they are engaged in. Like doctors not only they have their own vision but also they have to align to their institution. In the implementation, a doctor though needs to earn money still to bear their profession oath. A real example, every doctor needs to follow a certain procedure, before carrying out a operation.
Above elaborations are only simple analogies of leadership which I have seen so far. There is always schism to be chosen, what role you are. Then, what factors to be followed as a result of your role.
